Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, is an ancient practice combining postures, motion, breath, mantra and meditation to strengthen and lengthen the capacity of your mind, body and spirit.  All levels welcome, including beginners.

Meditation

Come learn many practical techniques from internationally acclaimed teacher, Guru Kaur, to develop the mind, body and spirit and gain a deeper understanding of who you are and what life has to offer.  Beginners are very welcome as well as those with previous experience.

Breathe, De-stress, Relax

Release the tension from your day to give yourself a wonderful evening.  Breathing exercises and meditations to relax and rejuvenate.  All fitness levels welcome.  Optional chairs provided.
