Holiday Treat #1: White Tantric Yoga
White Tantric Yoga is an incredible day long meditation experience. It's similar to the meditations we do in class but with a partner and in a room full of other people doing the same thing. The meditations last for either 31 or 62 minutes and there plenty of breaks, lunch, etc. It only comes to London once a year and it's an experience not to be missed!
