Whether you are an experienced artist or have never lifted a brush, come along to this free workshop and get hands advice. Enjoy the beautiful rural environment of Russia Dock Woodland, home to a nesting Kingfisher and an abundance of animal and plant life without needing to venture out of Zone 2 London!
There are two sessions, 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm or you can stay for both. Please bring your own drawing or painting supplies in any medium and your own lunch if required.

Painting in the Park is part of an ongoing series of free events hosted by the Friends of Russia Dock Woodland which includes our flagship annual event, Meditation in the Park. We created this series to encourage positive and community oriented use of our local green spaces and to support the woodland's prestigious Green Flag status as well as to provide enjoyable, educational and inspirational days out that are open to all people irrespective of their age, means or background.
