Thanks to all those who came out to Meditation in the Park this year. It was a beautiful sunny Sunday and as one participant described it, "warm, relaxing and friendly, like Sunday's used to be."

And some printable 1-page "cheatsheets" with instructions on how to do the following fundamental yoga techniques...
- Sun Salutations, including an "Easy" version
- Frogs (my students will need no introduction to these!) and Tree Pose

- A collection of different breathing techniques for dealing with stress, fatigue, etc.
- And Guru's Kaur detailed list of techniques to sleep better and wake more refreshed...
